DAUGHTERS continues Evergreen’s tradition of powerful storytelling, following the disciples and the women who encountered Jesus—Mary Magdalene, the woman at the well, the woman with the alabaster jar, and others forever changed by His compassion.

From the Last Supper to the resurrection, these stories unfold through dance and original narrative, revealing what it means to be seen, known, restored—and called daughter.

With breathtaking choreography and cinematic music, DAUGHTERS captures the beauty of imperfect faith and the tenderness found in every encounter with Him.

Praise for DAUGHTERS

“Omaha has a hidden gem in Evergreen Dance. With nominations for Outstanding Dance Production and Outstanding Dance Soloist from the Omaha Entertainment and Arts Awards, their work stands shoulder‑to‑shoulder with Broadway and Branson‑level performances right here at home. The choreography, artistic design, and storytelling are masterfully woven together, creating a production that is both visually stunning and emotionally moving.”

“Last night, I realized that as these women worked so hard to tell the stories of the Daughters who encountered Jesus, they were showing all of us how to not let bad life circumstances become a part of our life song.

The worship and dance showed us how to draw near to Jesus and let Him rewrite our story song.”

“I just want to say how amazing the show was this weekend! It touched my soul! Myself and every other person who is able to see Daughters and the past shows is being incredibly touched and changed by your obedience in creating “God Stories.” The performance of Peter was especially exceptional. I cry when I think of how she denied Jesus three times and then moments later she sees Him alive and the look on her face and the embrace she has with Jesus just wrecks me. Thanks to you and the whole team. What you all do is truly amazing!”

“…My favorite piece, though, was the Peter-Judas piece. I love it. So theologically rich, accurate, and Emma and Madeline show the agony of betrayal, but the opposite reaction, running to Jesus or away from him. Madeline played Judas so very well, the resoluteness of her actions paired with the sudden realization of dishonor and disgust at oneself. BRAVO!”
